Can you made customisation of alert sound? Example mp3 choice?

This app has not sounded the last months. Changed the sound from Alarm1 to Alarm2 and I think it works now but have not tested yet. This is an app you can’t trust.

Cant put text in the message filter box. This renders the app useless. Sadly.
Is it possible to add the option instead of a phone number that it could alarm for an email sent as an SMS?
